The customer:

Citrix Systems is the global leader and the most trusted name in application delivery infrastructure.

The task:

Concept development, design and programming of a microsite offering information on courses and certification requirements for Citrix partner programs in a variety of countries. The goal is to attract new partners, provide guidance on the certification process, and to broaden and intensify reseller relationships.

The solution:

Publicare created a microsite that is a central and comprehensive source of information on partner programs worldwide. Users select their country of choice on the home page, gaining access to the corresponding facts and figures on partner programs, certification requirements and courses. Online forms enable users to apply for a variety of product- or skill-specific partnerships. All e-mail messages sent to the partner during the various stages of the application process are managed online, and sent by an e-mail marketing platform, triggered by events or a schedule.

The technology:

The microsite was developed using the PowerSlave content management tool. The site features online forms created with the emarsys xpress e-mail marketing platform. These are used to automate the entire communications process.

The Citrix accessPartner microsite is the first and only online portal to offer consistent, up-to-date information on the company’s global and EMEA-wide partner programs. The portal helps Citrix to attract new partners, to deepen and broaden relationships with existing resellers, and gain insight into what is happening on the ground in relevant markets. As the portal is operated and maintained by Publicare, Citrix can be sure of delivering complete, accurate and up-to-date information without having to devote in-house resources to the project.
