Praxisdienst is a retail company specializing in medical equipment and supplies for laboratories, hospitals, and medical practices.

The task:

Develop the content for, program, and implement a newsletter promoting the large product assortment available via an online shop. Praxisdienst is to manage the newsletter itself.

The solution:

Praxisdienst’s extensive portfolio is aimed at 20 different medical disciplines. Publicare developed a newsletter with content that is based on the individual user profile. As a result, only news relevant to the recipient’s medical discipline is included. The design of the newsletter mirrors the look and feel of Praxisdienst’s online shop. It also includes interactive functions that support the purchasing process and strengthen customer loyalty. Main news items are placed in the broad, left-hand column, where they grab the reader’s attention. The narrower column on the right-hand side features new and best-selling products, as well as special offers. All newsletter items have deep links leading to the corresponding Web page.

The technology:

Praxisdienst creates and distributes the newsletter using the emarsys xpress e-mail marketing platform.
